Terms of use

Last updated 4 September 2026. An agreement between you and Alpha Zulu Group.

By using Alpha Match you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over, using it for yourself, and legally allowed to use it where you are. One person, one account. You must pass the face check before your profile can be seen by anybody.

How to behave

The rules are short. Do not:

• Pretend to be somebody else, or use a photograph that is not of you.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or send sexual images to somebody who did not ask for them.
• Ask other members for money, promote anything commercial, or recruit for anything.
• Post anything involving a minor, non-consensual imagery, or content that is illegal where you or the recipient are.
• Copy, scrape or resell other members' photographs or profiles.
• Try to get around a block, a report, a suspension, or the verification check.

Breaking these can end your account without notice or refund, and where somebody has been put at risk we will report it to the police.

Your content

Your photographs and words remain yours. You give us the licence we need to show them to the people you are matched with and to operate and moderate the service — nothing wider, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

Meeting people is your decision

We verify that members are real adults, and we give you tools to share a date, check in, block and report. We do not run criminal record checks and we cannot vouch for anybody. Meet in public, tell somebody where you are going, and trust your own judgement. Alpha Zulu Group is not responsible for what happens between members offline.

Subscriptions

• The core app is free. Alpha Match Plus and Premium are optional, and every safety feature is free in every tier.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically at the price shown, charged to your store account, until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs out as paid.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
• Prices may change. If they do, you will be told before a renewal at the new price, and you can cancel.
• Roses and boosts are granted monthly and do not roll over. They are a licence to use a feature, not property, and they have no cash value.

What we may change

We may add, alter or withdraw features. If a change removes something a paid tier promised you, we will tell you before it happens and you may cancel. We may end or suspend the service; if we end it while you are paid up, you will be refunded for the part you did not get.

Ending it

You can delete your account in the app at any time. There is a thirty-day grace period before deletion completes. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where we reasonably believe somebody is at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what other members do, or for anything that happens at a meeting arranged through the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections and the courts of the country you live in.
